Read MoreAlthough this movie does seem to lack some of the freshness and romantic intensity of its predecessor, "Before Sunrise," perhaps that is appropriate since the characters are now nine years older and a bit more jaded in their viewpoints. Nevertheless, it is still very enjoyable. Personally, I hope there will be a THIRD sequel, so we can visit these characters again in another nine years or so.
Both films have received well-deserved critical acclaim, not to be confused with the many BAD reviews submitted by viewers on this site. Apparently, some people are capable of being entertained only by mono-syllabic dialogue, car crashes and big explosions. Actual intelligent conversation is beyond their grasp. One can only wonder what prompted those individuals to watch these movies in the first place. However, if your IQ is above the single-digit range, then you are sure to enjoy them!
