Read MoreIf your a homophobic, don't see this movie. Most men will probably be uncomfortable with the sex scenes unless they are secure in themselves. If you have the intelligence to look beyond the homosexuality, this is a GREAT movie. It's a touching love story, just not of the conventional mindset. A romantic can appreciate the tender scenes and the emotions as these two men share their forbidden love. Excellent screenplay and superb acting make this a must see. After having read the reviews, I came away with two impressions. First, the people (usually males) who were "grossed out" by the (rather limited) physical scenes. What did you think you were renting? Mary Poppins? Second, there's just way too much "analysis" surrounding this movie. If it seems remotely interesting to you and you're not completely shallow, just try it. It's just a movie! You may like it or you may not. It's not a big deal! Oh, and forget it if you are looking for titillation. You'll be bored. It's not pornographic! Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
