The characters were realistic enough to carry the story and even managed to intertwine other significant people in their lives. This story has heart. Although I don't see how someone can be so in love with someone they really didn't know, I still felt this was a great movie and I can honestly say I had tears in my eyes the first time and each other times I have watched it.

In other words, completely untrue, mean and slanderous. If you are trying to find a reason to be a homosexual and are mad at the Mormons, you might like this piece of trash. The main characters are beautiful, intelligently written, and believeable. The Mormon sub plot is right on, and the mother of the missionary does a classic job of portraying a typically religious fundamentalist.
Don't miss this movie!
