Read More This was an amazing film, and like the other reviewer, I'm just sorry it wasn't more widely released. The acting was great as was the soundtrack, but most powerful was the story itself. I am embarrassed to say that I knew little of the intense struggles of these pioneers. I also am puzzled as to why these women aren't honored more, and their struggle isn't more widely known. Alice Paul's courage and powerful, creative non-violent resistance matches Ghandi and Rev. Martin Luther King's and is a story our people should know. Highly recommended to all... I am amazed that so many women know little or nothing about Alice Paul and Lucy Barnes and their role in the suffrage movement.
