Being that this is DMX, I was really disappointed in the story line, the setting and the Spike Lee like music in the background. I was glad I didn't waste my money going to the movies to see this one. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Obviously noone has ever read "Never Die Alone" the book from Donald Goines, (the greatest writer ever R.I.P) The movie plays from this book word for word. So until anyone says "don't waste your time" pick up the book then watch the movie, and you'll get it. There were no pointless parts or pointless actors. Never Die Alone isn't perfect - the David Arquette character seems pointless, the ending is a little weak and there is no particular advantage to way the story is told ... and yet the overall effect works. This was a good movie. I enjoyed it from begining to end. DMX did a good job in this movie and its one of his best. Action packed great movie. RENT IT! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
