I enjoyed this movie very much - especially the music and Andrea. I didn't however enjoy the many "upchucking" scenes". WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Kudos to the writers and director for touching on many themes at once, which still effect people today; horny boys and girls and maturing young men and women, family conflict, the power of forgiveness and reconciliation. The glue, of course, is the love of music.
The acting and directing were good enough to make the story real and enjoyable, and not difficult to follow. I was touched emotionally by the characters and their efforts to overcome real-life issues. I especially enjoyed some of the irony; the comedy of life. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

What a gem! After wasting my time watching "Monster-In-Law", "Fever Pitch" and "Bewitched" this week I now know that you have to dig deep into the lists to find great adult stories. A perfect movie! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Very soothing to watch compared to the action-filled, noisy, and schlock films from Hollywood. Felt like I should have watched this in a pub. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
