The acting was less convincing in this installment than in the others, and the climax contains a gory scene that was highly inappropriate for younger viewers.

of course this HP movie was great, but it seemed to skip out on some things that happened in the book. however, it still manages to keep you wanting more!

You can't help but love everyone of Harry Potter's episodes and Goblet of Fire is not exception. The special effects, the acting and the visual effects is always outstanding. This is a must see.

I've read all the books. Loved them all. Other movies were fun to watch, but this latest movie was the longest and most boring of them all. I had to drink heaps of coffee just to stay awake.

I'm not a reader of the books, so I can't whine about the missing details. I felt the movie was running long as it was, and think another hour would've been brutal for most but the diehard geeks, I mean, fans. I did like the movie a lot, it is very entertaining. The visual effects are amazing and they're done so casually, you really get taken into the movie.

It seems that the only purpose for this movie was to set it up for the next movie. Nothing more. I felt gypped. But, the special effects were great as usual. The dragon scene was excellent. The movie has a sad ending. I was also disappointed that it again eluded to a love between Hermione & Ronald, but just kind of blew it off. And, I can’t believe Harry Potter and the gang is only suppose to be 14. That is a real disappointment. They should have left the age out and left it to the imagination. I thought Harry was 16 in the last movie! I did not read the books and don’t intend to. They also included romance in the movie and Ron starring at girls’ butts and making more than one comment about it. They could have left that part out as it didn’t add to the movie and only made my kids question what was going on.
