I enjoyed this movie -- but did have to watch it several times to catch everything missed the first couple of times. It is different than the previous movies -- there is a "growing up" more serious quality to this movie than the others. Harry is very much a different person after the happenings at the Tri Wizard tournament. The parts I enjoyed the most show Harry teaching and coaching his classmates to defend themselves -- seems as though he is truly finding his calling. I would highly recommend this movie -- but do recommend you read the book first and/or watch it several times to catch everything.

I just want to mention to Anthony M. that Goblet of Fire is #4 not 3 and there are five movies not 4.

This movie was surely the best Harry potter yet. Like many others I to have read the book. Of all the books the 4th was the best, and I hoped it would be the same for the movie, but this one was definitely the best. I have to say the movie covered all the important parts of the book. True, some things were left out such as the new teacher in divination, Harry's outburst in Dumbledore's office, and Dobby, but the movie covered everything in one way or another. The Scenes were all extremely well done, Dumbledore's Army training, Harry's personal memories flashing, and Sirius last scene was beautifully well done, the silence broken by an evil laugh. Overall other than the some needed action in the middle of the movie, the directing, acting, and visuals (the Color Changing hair and casting Natalia Tena was perfect) were all well done and pretty amazing. If the next movies have the same director I believe the movies will never be disappointing again.

Considering these movies began with some amazing special effects, and a not too heavy subject matter, they have progressively become worse. The effects on this one definitely took a turn for the worse. and the plot was very empty, it was predictable. It is beginning to be obvious that the writers and producers have lost interest in their own film. Sad to say
