Surprisingly entertaining! I rented as a chick flick not expecting much and made my husband watch it with me. We both liked it. It was cute. Worth renting!

Very nice movie, very cute and sensitive. Traces of the Notting Hill flavor was visible. Dunst and Bettany were real; confident and diffident respectively. The cultural undertones involving the US and Britain was also well thought out / portrayed. Good movie in all.

I really did not like this movie all that much. It just seemed some-what of a stretch to have her go overboard over this tennis player that was on the end of his career. Everyone acted really well, even though there were some scenes that just did not seem to match. Like when the father insisted that he stay away from his daughter, to which he properly agreed to. Then when he didn't, there wasn't the recourse. Then what was that at the begining of the movie (the shower scene) ... just not likely. Perhaps I am being too critical.

I actually enjoyed this movie and did not expect to. The story line is faimilar but the acting and tennis scenes carried it. Paul Bettany gave a very good performance and Kirsten was well...Kirsten.
