I've loved this book series ever since my 5th grade teacher read it to us. I'm glad to finally see it on film but I think they skimmed over the story a little too quickly once they discovered Narnia. Before they found Narnia it crept along at a snail's pace. I was disappointed with the acting quality of the children. They were flat, non-expressive and wooden...not believable at all. When they discover Narnia in the wardrobe they don't even appear to be surprised?! Yeah, they expected to end up in a snowy forest, right? The CGI and special effects were amazing and I wish more of the story would have focused on Aslan because he was so amazing to look at! Liam's voice fit the Aslan character perfectly. It's been a long time since I've read the book, but I believe Aslan is the focus, not the witch. I would love it if they continue with this series, but please find children who can act like children.

Outstanding, I did not read the book so I did not know what to expect. Everything was very good, they go thru the wardrobe and they end up in Narnia a whole new world, and when they come back not one second is lost. A great movie for the whole family very entertaining through out. The special effects were really good, the acting was very good too.

The movie moved along slowly. Besides that the special FX were awesome and the last battle scene was what made me give this movie 4 stars rather than 3.

The movie was clever but I was not connected to the actors. And the relationship between the youngest child and the half man half goat, disturbed me.

I read the book as a little girl and loved it. None of the movie makes have ever been good and that includes this one. Edmund's betrayal was not heartfelt and Aslan caused me no emotion at all. I actually enjoyed the Witch because she at least had me feeling something. A waste of time, really. I should've just reread the book for real enjoyment.
