I laughed for hours, for all the wrong reasons. Come on, the opening scene has a ton of people crowed in a warehouse to see a dance-off. They are screaming like its the Superbowl! Steve Harvey, let me repeat, Steve Harvey is such a scary and powerful man that even the local mafia won't cross him! How about the constant cuts with them playing basketball. The tallest person is about 5 foot 2. What is this, a team of midgets? I also liked how these, kids from the hood, all have on $300 throwback jerseys in every scene. All the evil people are white. Just too many stereotypes to go on. My absolute favorite - I'm so mad at my friends, I'm going to go dance by myself, in the RAIN! HaHaHaHa! The funniest (and lowest rated movie) of all time! I love great choreography and this movie definitely demonstrates and showcases great talent! The movements were extraordinary and made me want to live out my dreams of dancing all over again. The music was also a great pick! I would be very interested in purchasing the soundtrack. The storyline could have been a lot better. It was dragged out a bit, but I watched it more than once. Read More This movie validated my belief that we should pass a Constitutional amendment that prohibits all white guys in Orange County from breakdancing. Those guys call it "freedom of expression"; but I call it "torture" -- and I think we should send them to Guantanamo until a doctor certifies that they're physically incapable of poppin' and lockin'. But other than that, the dancing was pretty good: Better than "Breakin' 2 Electric Boogaloo," but not quite as good as "Stomp the Yard." (See my review of "Stomp the Yard.") Also, I agree with those who observed that the dialogue in this movie is pretty horrible. But if you're expecting Academy Award (TM) winning dialogue in a movie titled "You Got Served," your expectations are probably unrealistically high. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL?
