The martial arts and sword play ... Read MoreEven though Quentin is a fellow Tennessean, I find most of his movies violent and vulgar without reason. Kill Bill Vol. 1 is both, but I thought extremely well done. The martial arts and sword play are comic book unrealistic, but again very well done. There is no way a single person, no matter how well trained or motivated, could fight off hoards of other fighters. It's a strange movie, but one has to buy the premise in order to buy the bit. Don't take it seriously since it is a B movie, a very well done B movie, but still a B movie.

This one has it's moments. The interactions between the characters is what makes this one descent. More crazy sword fighting though. It has all the violence as the first one. If ya like Tarantino movies you'll probably like the Kill Bill movies. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
