From the very beginning title scene that always brings a tear no matter how many times I see it, through the suspense and sorrow of losing your one hope, and all the comedy and heroism in between, this movie cruises thru at full emotional and comedic throttle without stopping. This is a great entertaining movie. Sure its a cartoon, but the graphics are so good you hardly notice..the story is captivating and fun. One of the best recent Disney movies! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Ellen DeGeneres really made this movie come through, it keeps you laughing and coming back for more. I have watched it millions of times and still love watching it again and again. After watching this movie, everytime we went to a fish store, my kids would point out "Nemo" and "Dory". So, all that is left to be said is to "just keep swimming, just keep swimming"!!!!!!!!! Read MoreEveryone talked this movie up to me (must be the last person in the USA to see it) and I expected something spectacular. It was a sweet story, but it was far from spectacular. Being a big fan of Toy Story & Toy Story 2 (and Bug's Life), I expected well developed secondary characters and a more involving story. The story was over simple, and the secondary characters (except for Ellen, who stole the show as Dory) never got the treatment they deserved. Also missed the funny "outtakes" over the credits, which were not present on my DVD...maybe if I bought the two disc set? Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
