A sad attempt to make an entertaining kids/family movie blows up in Murphy's face when you realize that it's not even funny, even in the traditionally expected corny-family way, and continues to drag on incessantly. It was enjoyed by the little kids for the rare cute line or so allowed the little actors and actresses in the making. Seemed like a resume-filler movie for all the star-hopeful kids.
