Sandra Bullock's character is cute and funny while Hugh Grant's is a jerk but is so charming and adorable you can't help but love him. They have great chemistry together in this movie. The storyline/plot is nothing great but Sandra Bullock and Hugh Grant make the movie a delight. I enjoyed it. A great chick flick. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

However, I found this romantic comedy very charming. Sandra Bullock plays an intelligent young woman with subtle comedy (as opposed to those awful "Miss Congeniality" movies which were so demeaning of her). The chemistry between her and Hugh Grant was great. I'm not a Hugh Grant fan, but when he's playing a conceited, spoiled, irresponsible character, he is very good. The script was intelligent, and although this is no "While you were sleeping," it is very, very entertaining. Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
