I've heard of Frida, but don't know much about her that she was eccentric and did her own thing. I was very pleased with Selma's acting cause her roles are bit cheesy parts. I'msurprised this role hasn't helped her get better parts. Very good movie. My only negative is, why is Selma the only Mexican in the movie? Can't Hollywood get it right and put actual Mexicans in the movie. Selma should have worked harder and not went Hollywood and casted Mexicans in the movie. Only fair to pay tribut to Frida. She was a proud Mexican and to have Ashley Judd play a Mexican. Come one...this is 2006. Get real.
Ignore the poor casting in race, the movie is very good. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||
