This show is a collection of our favorite moments: the times the crew cracked themselves up laughing and the show couldn't go on. It also includes "outtakes", things that happened during the live filming but which never made it to airing (for obvious reasons); and explanations of the origins of various character qualities such as the Tudball accent and Miss. Higginbottom's walk. The show is very funny, and would have been rated higher, but the clips selected for showing are all a bit on the raunchy side, as is some of the dialogue between the stars. I don't recommend it for viewing with young children unless you're prepared for some questions. I'm a die-hard Carol Burnett fan and would also like to see the entire series available on DVD. Meanwhile, for those who love Carol, do a Blockbuster search on her name and you'll come up with some great movies! The modern Once Upon a Mattress was lots of fun to watch and also features Tracey Ullman.

Oh my! Bring back the entire eleven years to DVD. I laughed until tears ran down my face. WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE!

Not good. There was not one scene from the original TV show that was played in it's entirety. I was very disappointed. This should have been titled, Carol Burnett Bloopers. Very bad.

This "reunion" consists largely of a gag reel, with Burnett, Conway, Korman, and Lawrence taking a few questions from the audience and introducing outtakes and short clips of the cast cracking each other up. There are no complete sketches, though a couple of forgettable songs. On the other hand, if you are a true fan of the show and would like to be in on some of the inside jokes, then you might enjoy it.

There was too much interaction between the reunited cast members and not enough of the always-funny skits. It's still a good show, however.

I expected more ...it was only 42 mins. long. They did remove commercials between the short clips from the few shows they featured...but I felt it could have been much, much funnier & twice as long. ...

I wanted to see more. This was a good sampling, and there is obviously a strong bond still between the 4 main participants in the show (Lyle Wagonner departed for "Wonder Woman" during the show's run but didn't show for this reunion, while Ken Berry didn't show, either). It would've been nice to see more of the skits in their entirety, most notably Mrs. H-wiggens and Mama. An hour didn't do an 11 year run justice.

This was disappointing because it was so short and they really only showed summaries of skits and not the whole skits.

I rented this thinking my kids would see the humor and funny skits that I remembered as a kid. But too much behind the scenes stuff and the change in the censors standards made this way too vulgar for my tastes. We stopped it after only a few minutes and sent it back. It was a real disappointment.
