If you don't have an appreciation for originality or are too dumb to be able to catch all the themes in the movie, then don't bother because you're not going to like it. Personally, everyone who I know, including myself, that has see and understands this movie simply loved it. This is one of the best movies I have ever seen and Charlie Kaufman is a genious! Chris Cooper steels this movie! Meryl streep's character is kind of forgettable but this movie as a whole is great. Lot's of concepts to make you wonder, contemplate, and imagine. Charlie Kaufmans self deprecation and constant masturbation was vomit inducing. I was going to kill myself but then I remembered I could simply press the STOP button. So I did. The story meanders here and there, without any real purpose. It felt like they desperately wanted to make a movie, so they did - making up the "storyline" as they went along. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes
