This movie is practically perfect. It's not for being boring and racist that the 3 of them are in the top 10 best movies ever made, got 9 golden globes and 11 oscars!!! It's a wonderful story about how technology has changed everything, including mother nature; it's about, love, friendship, loyalty and HONOR.

This is an incredible epic. I highly recommend all three movies in the Lord of the Rings series. Costumes, scenes, and storyline are incredible. Acting is supurb. If you read the books, you will notice slight divergence (mostly in what is included in each movie), but overall it follows the books closely. Perhaps the motion picture event of the decade!!! Absolutely everyone should see these movies!!! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

I watched both the extended and normal version. The extended version is excruciatingly long, with a LOT of scenes that did not add value to the movie. The first movie is kind of slow no matter what version you get, but 'Two Towers' and 'Return of the King' are much better (if you get the normal version). Close this ReviewWAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL?
