Read More You know that feeling when someone makes a fool of themselves in front of a lot of people, and, as an observer you feel embarrassed as well. That is the feeling I got watching this movie. Every actor in this movie did a terrible job. The special effects were ok, but nothing could have saved this movie from it's script and characters. Read More This movie shoul've won some sort of prize or something for being as awful as it was. Like so many others, I could hardly wait to see D&D come to life on the big screen. I had a migraine by the time I finished! Actually though, Marlon Wayans was about the only thing in the movie I could stomach. Jeremy Irons was a major disappointment. And halfway through the movie the only thing Thora Birch could have done to make me happy was flash her breasts or throw herself off the tower! This movie SUCKED!!! Read More With all the hype and expectations that the greatest roleplaying game ever had finally come out with a movie, I could not believe what crap ended up on the screen before my eyes. The plot was full of holes...what were supposed to be good actors did their worst cheesy overacting performance of their lives...
Overall it ended up being a mockery of the greatness that the title Dungeons and Dragons promised. I wish I hadn't wasted those 107 minutes of my life in the theater. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No | ||

Read More Perhaps the most popular, imaginative role-playing game of all time is transitioned to the big screen. And at the end of the day, this reminded me of another board game -- "SORRY!" Any time the last name of "Wayans" comes across during the credits, you know your picture is going to have problems.
