I enjoyed anylizing and taking in all of the subtle, and ironic details of this film. But, when showed it to my buddy, he sat there and told me he was bored half way through. Maybe this film is only meant for people who truely enjoy thinking and anylizing truly creative movies. Plus I really enjoyed the action packed scenes. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Read More What seems to be a never-ending string of hit movies, The Village The Sixth Sense etc.? M. Night Shyamalan delivery yet another winner in the form of this an unlikely hero. Bruce Willis cannot seem to get injured in anyway, and Samuel Jackson cannot step off a corner without breaking something. These two unlikely characters are the lynchpins that drives this movie. Some have said that the movie is slow to get going. I think that is crucial to understand the characters, and that requires character development. Personally I felt the movie was well developed and moved and a percice pace. It is not often that you are offered a good original film. This is one of those times. If you liked MNSs other films, youll like this one too. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More this movie is another shamalan self important movie. dialogue is righteous and over the top. nobody seems to talk like real people and the suspension of belief is too much. the small twist at the end was clever, i admit, but just didn't really like this movie. maybe it is the director trying too hard. I saw this movie in the theater and for ther first time in my life actually left in the middle because I was bored to tears. I figured if I was going to die in the next ten minutes, I wouldn't want to die watching this crapfest. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No
