I love Robert Deniro and Cuba Gooding Jr. They are outstanding actors that tell this mans story like no one else could. Hats off to these actors, and thisi is another I will be buying.

If you haven't seen this movie, you're missing out on one of the best films of 2000. This movie has the ability to make you angry, happy, sad, angry, and then happy all over again during the entire 128 minutes. It's a movie you'll want to watch over again and again. Robert De Niro is awesome as usual. Cuba Gooding, Jr. delivers one of his best performances ever! This movie is very, very highly recommended.

This movie was absolutely great. It showed the very hard work done by the very first black man to become a Navy diver and how tough it was for him to make it. His heroism in saving another sailor, resulted in him almost being retired from the Navy. A true picture of a hero.
