The plot is somewhat weak in that Mitchum as a flight leader falls too quickly for the female lead, the wife of subordinate. Unrealistic in the military hierarchy! However, the flight scenes of F-86's and F-84's painted as Migs are very well done, particularly considering the vintage. Robert Wagner plays an early supporting role and does it with aplomb. It is worth watching.
