I really enjoy Gerard Depardieu as an actor and I especially appreciate his wonderful voice, particularly when he speaks in French. I think that I may have liked this movie if I didn't have to mute the horrible American actors that were dubbed over the French speaking parts. It was horrible. As I said, I put on the captions and watched the whole film on mute. I was very disappoined that I did not get to hear the wonderful original French and get to read along. Good movie, but don't expect to hear any of the beautiful French language.

the poor dubbing makes viewing this movie impossible for more than just a few minutes. it was a waste of time.
