It actually did happen! For all the media elites digging about trying to show how blacks and whites still don't get along, particularly in the South, here's a story that shows that they did--30 years ago. Of course, the U.S. media's biggest lie is that racial relations are bad in the South (easily debunked - I've leaved here in SC for over 25 years). It is refreshing to see such a redemptive movie that truly moves and speaks to you. Watch this movie-it will change the way that you look at many things in life. Read More When coach Boone played by Denzel Washington takes the football players out for a 3:00am run than comes to a graveyard, then says anyone know what this place is? This is where they fought the battle of Gettysburg. Fifty Thousand men died right here.....on this field fighting the same fight, that we're still fighting amongst our selves. Remember The Titans is a true story that happened in 1971 in Alexandria, Virginia, T.C. Williams High School was one of the first in it's district to integrate their students. Where black and white student's are bused to the school. This movie Remember The Titans is about how the Titans football team brought the people and the town together......we should all learn from this. Read More Remember the titians is one of the reasons I play high school ball now and am hopeing to get into the university of miami. This is the anti KKK movie because for all the pain and hurt blacks felt back in the 60s this movie shows how well black and whites or any race for that matter should treat eachother. No matter who you are.. if u like football or not, u will learn a life lession from this movie. Buy it show it to your kids let them show it to their kids and who knows you may look up some day years from know and realize racism and hate are gone yes this movie is that good it is a must buy for everyone who has ever felt heard or experienced racism and everyone who wants to stop it.
