If you love kids and you love Christmas, this is one of the most entertaining Christmas films ever made. Macaulay Culkin was again perfect in this follow up to Home Alone. They've moved the story to New York City and it is quite spectacular. The story is fun. The bad guys are hysterical. The legendary Plaza hotel is to die for as the setting. You just wish you were this kid. What a way to get lost! The John Williams music is magical again. (This soundtrack makes great listening over the holidays.) Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern repeat as totally laugh-out-loud funny! Catherine O'Hara is perfect as the mom again too. I enjoy this movie at least once a year around the winter holidays along with the original The concept stays fresh, fun, and meaningful.
