There is for sure a lot of great acting and the 5.1 with my sub woofer blew me up in my living room. All the extras on this also make this a good choice to rent and to watch.I might sound biased but I think clint eastwood really has made very few bad movies. he knows how to play that role of the tough guy that a lot of guys like myself enjoy seeing. as far as that lady is concerned and saying that this was a boring movie, you need to stay away from these movies. Donna you should really be renting martha stewart or thelma & louise or some other lame titles, because thats the type of person you are. This is a movie that caters to everyone but especially men.

I could watch this anytime. Donna must be a fan of the Pink Cadillac Clint Eastwooed. If your not into "Old" westerns, spaghetti westerns especially, you won't enjoy this. If you are, a CLASSIC movie. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More This is Clint at his best. The wry humor, little cigar in mouth, unusual job (first turning his partner in for ransom, and then saving from hanging, by shooting the rope at the last minute), difficult opponents: both the bad, Van Cleef ("angel eyes"), and the ugly, Wallach perform in their (I believe) greatest performances ever.
I have seen this one a number of times and always enjoy it. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No
2 out of 3 people found this review helpful I loved this Italian movie about the American west, because of it's down right grittiness. This movie is a dirty version of a John Ford movie and dirt is what was real in the American west. The spaghetti western turn the tables on what the west truely was Gritty and Grimmie. Must see.WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More I love Clint Eastwood and I love old Western movies, but this had to be the longest 3 hours I have spent in front of my television. The movie had potential, but it drags on and on. If the director, Leone, would have cut about a hour and a half out of the movie, it would have been descent. There was entirely too much time spent walking in the desert. 20 minutes could have been cut out with the actors staring at each other saying nothing. I am going to give Sergio's westerns one more chance than I am done with his trash. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No |
