Read More If you're an old Star Trek fan with a sense of humor about Trekkies, you will find this movie laugh out loud hilarious. I cracked up throughout the entire movie. Perfectly cast. Watch this one after a rotten day at the office, grab your popcorn and prepare to forget your woes... Picture the old Star Trek cast going from pathetic Trekkie appearance to pathetic Trekkie convention, with the cast whining about why they have to wear the ugly alien suit all the time, etc. Then some civilization from another planet who has been receiving television signals from earth needs help to save their civilization, and call upon the Trek cast to help, because they believe they're real, and off they go to try and save the universe, whining and bumbling all the way. Hilarious spoof. Enjoy the ride. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

Read More If you grew up with the Star Trek TV shows, you will especially love Galaxy Quest and fully appreciate all the humor in this film! I'd highly recommend this movie to those who aren't familiar with Star Trek. It's a hilarious movie with Tim Allen as the popular "Commander", Sigourney Weaver as the sexy communication officer Gwen DeMarco, Alan Rickman as Alexander Dane (the Alien crew member) and others who worked wonderfully together in this well acted comedy! Enjoy the intergalactic fun! Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No

My kids wanted to watch it, but we spent the whole movie gasping at bad words and my 5 year old was scared senceless by the lizard like bad guys. This movie is closer to a PG 13, but still good for older kids and adults. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No
