Read More I like a good religious parody, but Dogma relies more on toilet humor and vulgarity than genuine parody, which made it uncomfortable to watch in mixed company. It's possible, but ... a satire of what? The pace is terrible, the acting is terrible (the lead actress has one expression throughout the entire movie), and there's a serious lack of funny lines, something you'd think should've been a priority.
