The concerts had good cinematography to accompany the performances. The music videos rock solid. When I first heard their music I was hooked. The vocals and guitars and heavy drums were spot on. Their lyrics passionate and aggressive. However, I was never really sure what they were angry about. Was it the plight of the North American Indian? Or was it just about the "Maya, Mejica"? Mexico is another country and I don't feel like getting involved in their internal struggles. Though the majority of their population are of Indian descent, their pop culture paints them as "Jolson's Jazz Singer" or "Chaplin's tramp" characters. And that's where RATM missed the mark.

If you are a fan of RATM, rent if not BUY THE DVD. You know what you are getting, REAL music with the BEST live performances on dvd. "Bullet in the Head"...the song DEFINES passionate live music.
