I own this movie and find different points each time I view the film. I must say that I agreed with skinheads about some things that were said and hated the false and twisted other things.After viewing this film a number of times I feel the ending was a cop out. Where was the closeure? Where did Derek go from there?

Strong, emotional performances, superb direction and scripting! Films like AHX reveal glimpses of parts of our society which receive little attention beyond stereotyping from Hollywood. This film, when first released, made me look at Edward Norton as a seriously talented performer; a standout in his particular generation of Hollywood talent.
