This is a very funny film. It has lines that you and your friends will quote for years. This is probably Chevy Chase's best work. Rent it! WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Had some great intrigue ... Read MoreI don't know why I waited so long to ever watch this. I love Chevy Chase, and the movie was really silly -- in a good way. And Chevy Chase was truly at his best in the movie. Had some great intrigue in it as well, and it's even worth a second viewing. Some of those 1985 styles are a scream to look at, too (big hair!) and that just adds to the humor. Great fun and it's not filled with tons of f-words. Nice for a change! Read MoreThis is one of Chevy Chase's better movies for sure! And I just realized that two of the menu items for Moe's Mexican have names based on dialogue in Fletch!! Fat sam and John Coctostan! There's something about this film that makes it such a cult classic... Chevy Chase at his best! His sarcastic comedy, ridiculous characters, and all around timing make it the perfect 80's comedy! I actually own a Fletch T-shirt. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes

Read MoreI felt at first that this movie was going to be moving slow and pretty boring, but many minutes later I started to really enjoy the movie because it has alot of action and movement to it. It's like that you couldn't wait to see on what would happen to Fletch next in the movie when he became in trouble at times. He's really an interesting actor to watch in this movie, he did a very good job in playing his part of the movie.

It had a good concept behind the movie, and it was probably great in the 80's. I know Chevy Chase was a huge hit back then, it just isn't the type of comedy that I would like to watch no a days.
