This is a cute kids movie. It is not that bad and has a decent story. Phil Hartman is great, with Denis Leary, and even the girl from Spider Man is in this. The only part that I couldn't believe was the ending with the EMP. When an EMP blast goes off, the electronic items just shut off, they don't spin around in circles getting electricuted and then blow up. That is the only part of the movie I had an issue with. Other than that, the movie wasn't that bad.

This film was lucky to get away with a PG-13 rating due to some of the adult language. It is very violent, and has many scenes which younger children will find scary. I didn't pay attention to the rating and let my 4yr old watch it, and he begged me to turn it off.
