Everybody who won an academy award for this film deserved it. (Matt & Ben for writing and Robin for supporting actor). This is a small classic and deserves to be viewed by any serious movie fan.

Good to see a young Matt Damon show the acting talent that his later film bear out. Ben Affleck is surprisingly good as well. This is a good motivational movie that will touch hearts and reminds us all that people are fragile and are not as they often appear. Overall a good movie if you're in the mood for heart-warming tale of redemption.

Good Will Hunting is my favorite movie of all time! Rent it, you can't go wrong. Minnie Driver was robbed of the best supporting actress oscar. Watch for her performance in the emotionally charged scene with Matt Damon that takes place in her college dorm room. Even goofy Ben Affleck pulls off a great scene when he tells his best friend that "he's sitting on a winning lottery ticket and is too much of a @#@#@# cash it in." The conversations between Will and his assigned physcologist (Robin Willimsa) are very memorable as well as thought-provoking. Classic last line of the movie is AWESOME.
