truly convincing roles portray depth and meaning to many facets of gay lifestyles. Funny and down to earth, these characters are believeable, but there hangs hopelessness over most of the proceedings. It's the way each tries to overcome difficulty of their plight and cling to oneanother that causes the movie to soar...and eventually gives hope to us all.

An amazing ensemble cast, a great script and a true-to-form depiction of gay life in the early nineties, I would recommend this film to anyone interested in a slice of reality. Love! Valour! Compassion! made me laugh, cry, contemplate and ultimately smile despite the often bittersweet tone of the movie. See it!

I love this movie. I've seen it at least 5 times and each time I walk away with something new. I'm especially taken with the house and the back story about it. I'd give anything to be able to live in something similar and with as much privacy and solitude. I'd recommend this movie to anyone.
