If you are not familiar with a Lars von Trier movie, then you are not going to enjoy this film. His style is not suited for the average movie viewer. This movie is more suited for film students and people who have a real taste for films that involve slow and heavy dialogue. This not a scary movie and contains no action. I would suggest watching "Breaking waves" and "Dogville" if you want a higher quality of Lars von Trier film and want to discover a very unique talent in film making. The other reviewers of this film are obviously totally unfamiliar with his work.

This seems like one of those films that filmmakers often make for...well...themselves. While the premise of a doctor inadvertently spreading a virus through his medical bag sounds interesting, it would help if the story moved along a little faster.

This is the worst movie I have ever rented. No one said it was in black and white, either. I was so boring, we fast-forwarded it to get it over with. The only part that wasn't in subtitles was a short time on the epidemic part, and it was hard to understand. I would never recommend a movie like this.
