    This is one of the most touching movies of this genre that I have ever seen..Tom Hulce is brilliant in his role as a slightly retarded brother to Ray Liotta his younger brother who is an interning MD. Hulce plays the role with such believablity and realism that it is hard to believe he is not what he is , but an actor..much warmth and brotherly love I have rarely seen even in real life as in this film..many cudos to the director Young. 4 stars!

    This movie was very touching. Tom Hulce played a fantastic role as Nicky. I love the way the movie showed the bonding of twin brothers. After watching this movie it stuck in my head for days.
