Nothing happens. He drifts through the movie killing universal soldiers and anyone who gets in his way which is frustrating because there's no plot. Appearances by Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren don't do much other than remind the audience it's Universal Soldier. Long, slow, and boring monotonous duels to the death. Rent Haywire instead or previous Universal Soldier movies.

Not much of a story line. It's mostly a vehicle for a bunch of steroid-enriched Cromagnon men to thrash, mutilate and murder one another.

TOO MUCH BLOOD FOR ME. MY HUSBAND LIKED IT THOUGH. IT HAD ALOT OF ACTION AND IT KEPT MY HUSBAND INTERESTED. HE DIDN'T GO TO SLEEP.
