Tensions in their household soon begin to spike, however, when Marion's jovial father (Albert Delpy -- the director's real-life father) shows up on their doorstep with his randy daughter and her peculiar boyfriend in tow. I agree with Kurt, the movie was fair and some characters did get on your nerves. I did however like Chris Rock but be warned he's playing a much different part in this than other films.

All of the characters are thoroughly obnoxious and annoying. The entire movie is a series of bickering, contrived tension, and juvenile sexual humor. Unfortunately, this is a disappointing sequel to 2 Days in Paris.
