This movie was alot better than most of the stuff labeled as horror has been lately. Leave it to Clive to get away from all this chhese that has been coming out and making a real horror movie, yes it could have been better and there was alot of unused potential but what you get is a supernatural/ghost story that is original and actually scary without using the overdone pop outs to get screams. This is a good horror movie for anyone that knows what horror movies used to be and should still be.

You know, I didn't think this movie was all bad. It actually had some real promise in the first 30-40 minutes. There were some moments (pounding on walls and voices) that I thought were really reminiscent of The Changeling (which was a truly scary movie.) It had that type of ambiance and then went downhill (sadly) from there. It should have stuck with the sinister and scary mood instead of throwing in a crazy (and easily guessed) "evildoer" and I couldn't really understand the sex thrown in. It didn't make much sense or move the plot line along any. I also hated the ending - it was lame, unimaginative, and I definitely would have loved something else. But, for a weeknight when there is nothing on, I'd recommend it.

I rented this because of the decent reviews that I found here, but I thought that it was really boring, but I turned it off half way through so I don't know how the last half was.
