The first "Art of War" movie was OK - not sterling, but entertaining. This movie almost seemed like a random, chaotic jumble of cut scenes from other Wesley Snipes action movies spliced together by students in a high school AV room. Distracting character interactions, meaningless references (that must have been inside jokes) . . . even Snipes just seemed to be going through the motions. Put this one in the "must miss" category.
