Powerful, accurate portrayal of the Native experience in America. The depictions are true, including the resentful and racist attitudes Natives still face today. I know this because I live out here in Indian Country--and I personally know people who experienced the same type of mission school trauma and abuse when they were children. A secret shame finally brought to light, and a hopeful message of healing.

What a hidden treasure of a film! A great film that combines an investigation and thriller into the personal stories of Native American children who were abused in the horrific Indian Boarding school experience. This history is told in a beautifully acted and directed film. A must-see for this important part of American history!
