By displaying the speeches of our leaders over the last 5+ decades along with the documented contradictions that were known at the time they gave their speeches, this film vividly illustrates how leaders and their media cheerleaders/stenographers have led this nation into one imperial adventure after another at the cost of thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars. The mainstream media (with a few isolated exceptions) have consistently acted as mouthpieces for government policies instead of critically examining the premises. How can Americans who are for the most part ignorant of foreign policy issues be expected to make sound judgments if the media doesn't balance the governments claims with opposing facts? If this continues, we will continue to be led around by our nose ring until the dictates of empire consumes us.

Anyone that still believes that our government has been honest and the media is liberal should see this film.

This movie was a real eye-opener. And certainly thought provoking. I have always believed that we are a Godly nation, but we are not behaving as Godly people. Wake up, America!!! Let's STOP this inhumanity. This movie was well done and worth every American viewing NOW. I liked the movie in that the subject matter is most timely. I did not enjoy being left with the feelings of anger, distress, and disgust that our country is so misled by our leaders who intentionally lie to us.
