    30 Rock is the smartest, funniest American situation comedy I've seen in years. I just discovered it a few weeks ago, after enjoying Tina Fey's Sarah Palin skits on SNL. I've watched both seasons now, and it just keeps getting better.

    Alec Baldwin is a genious portraying a high-powered, egotistical corporate executive, especially for someone that's never worked in that world. The writing is razor sharp, and pushes the envelope of what's accepted on commercial TV, getting away with some things simply because the innuendos are too deep to be called outright obscene. The obvious racial and feminist slurs are so politically incorrect and ignorant their funny rather than offensive. Great opening title too!
