This movie is so Jessica Simpson. I don't even think she was acting. Portraying a blonde, country girl (naive and ditsy) isn't a streatch for her. If you watch the bonus features Joe Simpson even says he wanted Jessica to play a character that is alot like her to show her fans how she really is. I think this backfired on him! It just confirms what people think Jessica Simpson is. Too bad. Acting poor, story poor, writing poor. Don't watch.

It was painful to watch her expressionless face. They tried to save the movie by using an Owen and good ol' boy Willy Nelson. It couldn't be saved. She just can't act. I suggest not putting yourself through the torture. Its the kind of movie that someone with talent would have made a light hearted delight. Oh well, hopefully she won't make another.
