...for a movie. Don't waste your time. Depressing. Dead elephants, dumb people. I forwarded through most of it.

There are some misleading reviews here, and at least one fabrication; there is no pornography in this movie. There are a few scenes that depict prostitution, AND in a not so flattering light it must be said. There are a few cross-dressers here and there, but nothing I had to avert my eyes from. There are a total of two Brief [bedroom] scenes, and in one you can ALMOST see a woman's breast. That is the extent of it. And not gratuitous; plot-supporting. Word to the wise: this movie is rated R! And not in a family-friendly way. I thought it was pretty decent for what that's worth. Interesting characters, at least one of whom you care about. The backstory is mostly left out so you can focus on the present I guess. There's not much humor in it, but neither is it all gloom. I guess it's not an escape-from-reality type of movie, and maybe you have to be in the right mood.

We like the movie, had a foreign movie feel, and an interesting plot.
