A movie that is too chatty for its own good. A love story dealing with racism, this time Spanish vs. Arab workers, it is dead in the water except for the last 20 mins when it finally comes alive. The plot is reminiscent of TV's 'Falcon Crest' except hothouse tomatoes replace vineyards. It has a lot of things going for it, character growth, fine acting, beautiful cinematography, but in the final analysis it's rather a yawner.
