San Francisco is in the thrall of a blue moon that rises once every 50 years. This phenomenon results in an act of euphoria on the part of an irresponsible Whitelighter named Danny (T.J. Thyne), who makes contact with the Charmed Ones even though Elder Whitelighter Leo (Brian Krause) has expressly forbidden him to do so.
