The surfing love story Monster Thursday stars Vegar Hoel as Even, a directionless young man who is madly in love with his best friend's wife, Karen. The friend is a champion surfer named Tord (Christian Skolmen). When Tord must head out of town, he asks Even to make sure Karen is taken care of.
