Usually with Walken & Caine you can't go wrong and this is no exception. It is a wonderful film and story. You care deeply about all the characters. Sometimes Walken says more with a look than a spoken word. The kid held up his end very well with these seasoned actors. It's kind of a Chick film for Guys - A Guys film. Interesting take on Father/Son relationships at all ages. Highly Recommend this movie.

I loved this movie. Christopher Walken excellent as always. I'll never forget the scene of him rockin it OUT by the campfire. He makes me smile. Loved the soundtrack. MY generation's tunes, so I was rockin' out too while listening, and dug out my old favorite 'Will-o-the-wisp' by Leon Russell when this was over to listen again. 4 Generations of menfolk finding their way to (and away) from each other. All great parts & good story - Highly recommend to all.

Although there are plot holes and moments where the viewer is expected to suspend disbelief for the sake of drama, the film is well made and Walken shines (as usual). An excellent cast and skillful storytelling makes for a touching, if not wholly realistic, movie.
